Payments are accepted in euros. You can pay by bank links offered by Maksekeskus AS, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Sokisahtel OÜ headquarters are located at Pärnu mnt 146, Tallinn. We are open Mon–Fri 9am–5pm. Parking is free in front of Pärnu mnt 146.

Compiling the shopping basket

Begin by selecting the products you like and need, and add them to the shopping basket. Adding products to the shopping basket does not oblige you to purchase them. Placing an order

Please insert your contact details into the appropriate fields on the order form. You can pay for the purchase right after finalising the order in the internet bank. The goods will be shipped after the payment has been received. In general, we will keep the goods booked for 24 hours. If you want to book the goods for a longer period of time (up to 5 days), please let us know via the customer service email  

Choose your preferred payment link or payment using an invoice. Payments are accepted in euros.

Rules of using discount vouchers

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the box provided when placing the order.  Please note you can only use one voucher at a time. Vouchers are issued by the Sokisahtel e-store as part of different campaigns to customers who have subscribed to the newsletter. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

Delivery to a Sokisahtel store – always free

You will receive a phone call when your parcel has arrived at your chosen store.

DPD parcel locker or parcel shop €3.50

You will receive your parcel within approximately 3 working days from receiving an order confirmation email. There are more than 120 DPD parcel lockers across Estonia, all open 24/7. You will be notified by a text message and/or an email when your parcel arrives.

Orders that exceed €30 are delivered for free.

Omniva parcel locker €3.50

You will receive your parcel within approximately 3 working days from receiving an order confirmation email. There are 181 Omniva parcel lockers across Estonia, all open 24/7. You will be notified by a text message and/or an email when your parcel arrives.

Orders that exceed €30 are delivered for free.

Itella SmartPOST €3.50

You will receive your parcel within approximately 3 working days from receiving an order confirmation email. To find out he location and opening times of the lockers closest to you, please see our parcel lockers location map.

Orders that exceed €30 are delivered for free.

Courier service €5.99

Your parcel will be delivered to the address indicated in your order within approximately 3 working days from receiving an order confirmation email. In case of courier delivery, the client will receive a phone call to agree a delivery time.

Orders that exceed €100 are delivered for free.


Orders are always dispatched after payment is received.

Shipping time is generally up to 3–4 working days within Estonia, 3–7 days within the European Union, and up to 2 weeks outside of the European Union. Occasionally, the shipping time for some products may be up to 2 weeks — in that case, we will definitely inform you about it via email.

Shipping time is 4 working days for products that are in stock. Occasionally, the shipping time for some products may be up to 1 week — in that case, we will definitely inform you about it via email.  


Right of Withdrawal

If you were not happy with the goods purchased and you wish to return them, please inform us about it via our customer service email . All goods can be returned within 14 days from receiving them. The product must be unused and in the original package with tags. You can return it either by post or bring it to Sokisahtel stores. Original delivery cost is compensated but return postage cost is not subject to compensation. You will receive your refund within 4 working days. All our goods are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Should you still find a faulty product, please inform our customer service about it via .

Complaints Procedure

Sokisahtel OÜ shall be held liable for non-compliance of the product sold to the consumer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for defects which occur within two years of the handover of the product to the consumer.

The consumer has the right to submit complaints to Sokisahtel OÜ with regard to a non-conforming product no later than within two months from detecting a defect of the product by submitting the invoice that verifies the purchase of the product.

The consumer must stop using the defective product.

Sokisahtel webstore and the consumer shall mutually agree on the repair or replacement of the product. Sokisahtel webstore shall be responsible for the costs of repair.

If Sokisahtel webstore has reason to doubt whether the defect in the goods is due to manufacturing issues or whether the consumer caused it, the product will be sent into investigation carried through by experts. In the first year after the purchase the burden of proof for the causes of the defect will be carried by Sokisahtel. Further questions regarding proof for the causes of the defect are a matter of agreement between Sokisahtel webstore and consumer. 

Sokisahtel webstore shall not be held liable for defects arising from the consumer’s incorrect usage or improper storage of the product.

If any non-compliance or defect occurs, the consumer has to submit a complaint to , providing the consumer’s name and phone number, order number and an exact description of the product’s noncompliance or defect.

Any complaint regarding a product’s non-compliance or defect must be submitted within two months from discovering the non-compliance or defect.

All complaints are reviewed and Sokisahtel will contact the consumer as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the receipt of the complaint.

The consumer is entitled to demand a discount of the purchase price, or withdraw from the sales contract and demand a refund if the webstore cannot repair or replace the product, or the repair or replacement proves unsuccessful, the defect is not addressed within reasonable time, or unreasonable inconveniences are caused to the consumer.

If Sokisahtel webstore has refused to address a customer’s complaint or customer is not satisfied with the proposed solution and finds that their rights or interests have been compromised, the consumer is entitled to file a complaint with the Consumer Dispute Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or address the court. The consumer may file a complaint personally or via a representative. Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority’s contact details can be found on the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority’s website. If an issue arises within the European Union, the consumer may also address the European Consumer Centre.
